Disappointing experience We placed an order through the takeaway’s website and waited an hour and a half for it to arrive. During that time, we had to ring twice to find out where our food was. The amount of times we had to repeat our postcode was honestly ridiculous. When the food finally arrived, the only positive thing I can say is that it was at least hot. Unfortunately, the chips were extremely soggy, almost as though they’d been doused in water, and the pizzas certainly weren’t worth the long wait. Really disappointing overall, especially considering the price. We definitely won’t be ordering again.
